Baker Tilly announces new board members

Baker Tilly has announced the appointment of two new members to its International Board, bringing its total to 23 directors from across the network’s regions and representing member firms of different sizes.

Joining the board are Andrew Heng (Malaysia) and Phibion Gwatidzo (Zimbabwe).

Speaking on the appointments, Ted Verkade, the network’s CEO said: “I am delighted to welcome Andrew and Phibion to our Board of Directors. They both embody the spirit of the Baker Tilly brand, bringing talent, expertise and a commitment to building a bolder tomorrow, today. The diversity of thought and leadership they bring is vital to our future strategy and operations as we address rapidly changing market environments and client needs through collective action.“
