Baker Tilly US acquires AcctTwo

Baker Tilly continues its investment in the digital space, helping clients drive sustainable growth and stay ahead of the technology revolution.

In a move that amplifies Baker Tilly US’s existing product development capabilities and extensive digital practice, the firm has announced it has acquired Houston-based technology and services company, AcctTwo, the leading Sage Intacct Partner. The acquisition becomes effective 1 October 2021.

Baker Tilly US’s ethos centres around leveraging best-in-class technologies to deliver customised accounting, finance and operational assistance, as Angela MacPhee, Baker Tilly Consulting Managing Partner explains.
